Deposits & Fees

How booking works

20% Deposit

A deposit of 20% of your total secures your date. Deposits are non-refundable — see the FAQ for the full cancellation policy.

$150 Cleaning Fee

Applies to private events so you can enjoy your night and leave the cleanup to us. Typically waived for artistic rentals that leave the space as they found it.

Payment

We accept cash, checks payable to Danzversity/Space512, and credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

Example: A 4-hour Saturday baby shower at $200/hr with 10 tables and 45 chairs runs $800 (facility) + $150 (tables) + $157.50 (chairs) + $150 cleaning fee = $1,257.50, with a 20% deposit to lock the date. Your inquiry reply includes an exact quote for your event — no guesswork.
